       form a Binding Contract with One Night Box. Please discuss alternative quantities with

3.a. Only those over eighteen years of age, can submit orders.

3.b. We reserve the right to seek compensation for losses from guardian/s of

4.a. After receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

4.b. After processing your order, you will be emailed a Tax Invoice from ONB.

9.a.  Standard Domestic Delivery Rates.

9.b.   Estimated Time of Arrival for Melbourne Metropolitan orders will be delivered

          within 7-10 working days from receipt of payment.  Victorian Coastal & Rural

          regions may take an addition 10 days from receipt of payment. If a product is

          out of stock, then there may be additional delays and you will be notified.

9.c.    Some Coastal and Rural Areas may incur addition freight, at which time you

          will be notified.

Cancelled Orders and Refunds

10.a. Please review all orders when completing the order form, as orders cannot be

         cancelled as soon as a receipt for your order has been emailed to you.

10.b. If you make an incorrect choice then no refunds, credits or replacements can be

         offered.

10.c. If I agree to receive a returned product, then a 20% administration fee will apply.

         Return of Faulty, Damaged or Defective Products, including Warranty.

11.a. If any part of your product is faulty and does not work or if it shows signs of failure

          within 2 days of your client’s purchase, then this item may be replaced.  Once the

          product has been washed no claim can be accepted and a refund is possible if the

          product is no longer available.

11.b. If I agree to replace or refund the returned item, and I will organise to have the

          product returned to ONB.  Please ensure the item is well packaged, to ensure

          it is not damaged in transit.

​

11.c. If we agree accept the return of the product item and it is not deemed defective, you

         are then responsible for paying and organising the freight to return the item. If there 

         are signs of product use, then the item may not be replaced or refunded. Use by and

         Best Before Dates.

​

12.a. For health or safety reasons the After Dinner Mints and Drinking Chocolate have been

         marked with a Use by Date. These items should not be eaten after the Use by Date and

         cannot be sold after this date.

​

12.b. Refunds will be issued to the same debit card/credit card used in the original transaction.

13.a. One Night Box is not liable for any errors in advertising materials and documents.

Order Requirements

15.a. All courier delivery boxes contain a minimum of 16 Gift Boxes and orders

         are supplied in 16-unit increments. Mixed orders are allowed however, delivery box 

         quantity may vary. Please discuss alternative quantities with One Night Box.
