  • How do I place an Order?

  • What is the minimum order quantity?
    Minimum Order Quantity of 2 Hampers is required (Inc. GST/Processing Fee). Email Advice will be provided for any delivery delays and expect additional delivery time during Victorian festival periods.
  • How much is delivery to my specific location?
    Minimum Order Quantity of 2 Hampers is required (Inc. GST/Merchant Fee). Email Advice will be provided for any delivery delays and expect additional delivery time during festival periods. Melbourne Deliveries from $12.00. National Deliveries from $32.00. Remote Rates are charged on top of the national rate at surcharges: $22 (25kg). Prices include GST.
  • Can I mix the my box range order?
    Yes, you can mix your box range order. However, the number of boxes in this type of order may vary <1-2>, thus order will be automatically adjusted via administration, and you Invoice amount will be recalculated.
  • Which courier will deliver my One Night Box order?
    We use Sendle Courier Services (Australia Only).
  • Who can buy from ONB?
    At One Night Box, anyone over eighteen years of age can buy from us. We sell primary to Temporary Accommodation and direct to the public. ABN or business not required.
  • Is there any minimum to order?
    Minimum Order Quantity of 2 Hampers is required (Price Includes GST and Merchant Processing Fee).
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver to all locations Australian States and Territories.
  • How much is the delivery cost?
    We design the Stanadard Delivery rates to Victoria and to states/territories outside Victoria. We will contact you to discuss about the freight if additional charges incur to remote areas. We do not charge additional freight for backorders.
  • How long is the delivery?
    Metro areas: Up to 20 days from the time of payment. Remote & rural areas (including islands): additional 7 days from the time of payment. Delays: If the products are out of stock, there might be additional delays and you will be notified.
  • What if I’m not home when the delivery comes?
    If you are not home to sign for the parcels, the courier needs to redeliver your order which will incur additional redelivery fees. To avoid any extra fees, you can give us the “Authority to Leave Goods” in the comment sections if you are not available at the time of delivery.
  • Can I track my delivery?
    A tracking option will supplied in the future,
  • How can return a product?
    Please refer to our Return Policy under Terms and Conditions.
  • What if I receive faulty/damaged/wrong items?
    If the products arrive damaged/faulty, please contact us via email to onenightboxx@gmail.com with photos and description of issue. We then advise replacement, exchange or refund depending on the stock level availability at the time.
  • Can I request sample before purchasing?
    Yes, there are samples on some certain product range which can be added to your cart at free of charge when shopping on the website. If you would like to request the samples only, please email me on onenightboxx@gmail.com or call me on 0406 751 968 to arrange the samples. The sample fee is $9.00-$11.00 for postage.
  • What are our accepted payment methods?
    If you’re placing an order through our website, there are many options available for you to make a payment in person, including: - Cash (pick up goods) - Credit Card (Master and Visa only) – 1.75% surcharge applies. - Direct Deposit - Receipt required for validation
